Brad Houk and his wife have resided in The Woodlands since 2014. They raised five children while living in Texas, New Jersey, Virginia and London, England.

Work Experience

Retired from ExxonMobil as a technical executive after working over 40 years in the refining and chemicals industries.
Proven to be results oriented, combining deep analytical skills with strong leadership capabilities to deliver impactful change.
Worked in research, engineering and technical support for manufacturing while supporting facilities around the world.
Experience with managing budgets, economic evaluation of alternatives and stewardship of maintenance and improvement programs / projects.

Community Involvement

Active member of Mims Baptist Church
MUD 7 Director since 2022 and Woodlands Water Agency Trustee since 2024
Served as Election Judge and Election Clerk in Montgomery County
Long-time member of Woodlands Fit and participant in area running events
