Tom Costello serves as Senior Vice President at Newman Kelly Real Estate Investment Services, specializing in the representation of investors with own office and industrial assets across Texas.

Tom’s responsibilities at Newman Kelly Real Estate Investment Services include commercial real estate investment sales, real estate acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, serves as a financing/re-financing conduit for commercial real estate, and the development of build-to-suit and speculative commercial real estate projects.

Tom’s career spans over four decades, including roles with Scher-Voit Commercial in Anaheim, California, Southern Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the National Office and Industrial Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap.

Tom is a graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, has been married to his wife, Nancy Costello, since 1980 and has two sons, Ryan Costello, MBA graduate of the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and Jackson Costello, Economics graduate of the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University, San Marcos.
